New TP-Link Concept Store brings smarter, more connectedand secure living in Davao

In Davao, where more households are embracing digital connectivity, technology is now an increasingly familiar part of everyday life—from working and studying at home to streaming favorite shows and checking in on loved ones and property even when one is away. As these routines become part of the modern Davao home, having a reliable and convenient connection matters more than ever.

Bringing these possibilities closer to local consumers is technology leader TP-Link, which  has opened its newest Concept Store on the second floor of Gaisano Mall Davao. The second TP-Link Concept Store in the Philippines, the new space invites Davaoeños to explore how Wi-Fi, smart-home devices, and security solutions can fit naturally into their daily routines, whether at home, in the office, or in a small business.

The opening comes as digital connectivity is fast becoming a regular part of daily life in Davao.  Data from the Philippine Statistics Authority show that more than 498,000 households in Davao Region have internet access at home, while among internet users aged 10 and above, 75.3% went online daily, while 99% used a cellphone to connect. These figures offer a glimpse into how digital technology continues to shape the way Davaoeños communicate, work, learn, and spend their time.

“We’re excited to give Davaoeños a place where they can experience how technology can make everyday life more connected, convenient, and secure. With the new TP-Link Concept Store, visitors can explore solutions for their homes and businesses and see which ones best fit the way they live and work,” said TP-Link Philippines country manager Ben Chen.

Serving customers in more than 170 countries, TP-Link is known for products and solutions that  make connectivity faster, more reliable, and more accessible. The company is consistently ranked as the world’s leading provider of Wi-Fi devices and continues to expand its global presence.

Bringing connectivity closer to everyday life

At home, reliable connectivity can make a difference as more devices become part of everyday routines. TP-Link consumer Wi-Fi products are designed to support these increasingly connected spaces, from individual devices to whole-home networks.

For one, the Archer BE800 Wi-Fi router, powered by Wi-Fi 7 technology, delivers faster Wi-Fi speeds, with speeds up to four times faster than previous Wi-Fi routers. For homes that need broader coverage, the Deco BE85 Wi-Fi mesh system  provides high-speed connectivity throughout the home. Its advanced mesh technology is designed to eliminate Wi-Fi dead zones, while its flexible backhaul can support reliable connections for more than 200 devices.

Connectivity can also extend beyond simply getting devices online. Tapo, a TP-Link Smart Home brand with more than 20 million users globally, offers a range of smart-home devices and accessories designed to make connected living more accessible and affordable. Built around the idea of “Tap All,” Tapo focuses on creating smart-home products that are “smart, secure, and easy,” bringing convenience to everyday routines through a single tap.

At the Concept Store, visitors can explore various Tapo products such as  outdoor security cameras, smart hubs for centralized device management, and smart bulbs. Shoppers can take a closer look at how smart devices can become part of familiar spaces and daily activities. From adding smart lighting to creating local wireless storage, managing connected devices and monitoring different areas of the home, these products show how technology can fit naturally into everyday life.

Exploring technology beyond the home

The Concept Store also gives visitors a look at solutions designed to support the networking and security requirements of businesses of different sizes.

Omada, TP-Link’s professional enterprise networking solution, provides one-stop access to networking products and services for small and medium-sized businesses.

Meanwhile, business owners can explore solutions that offer different approaches to building and managing reliable networks based on their environment and connectivity requirements. These include the Fusion Gateway, ES series switches, Wi-Fi 7 access points, and bridge solutions such as the EAP100-Bridge Kit, Beam Bridge Kit, Flex Bridge Kit, and Sector Bridge Kit.

Complementing this is VIGI, a TP-Link brand focused on professional surveillance solutions for businesses of different sizes to make monitoring, recording, storage and viewing more accessible.

Together, Omada and VIGI deliver a unified networking and surveillance ecosystem, allowing businesses to consider networking and security alongside one another, with a broader range of products that can be adapted to different environments.

A hands-on way to discover connected living

With the opening of the TP-Link Concept Store at Gaisano Mall Davao, visitors can explore connected technologies firsthand and see how different solutions fit into their homes and workplaces. From whole-home Wi-Fi and smart-home features to business networking and surveillance, the range offers practical ways to support different routines and spaces.

More than a place to view individual products, the store gives Davaoeños a closer look at how connected solutions can work in real-life settings. By bringing these technologies together under one location, it offers home and business owners in Davao a more accessible way to discover options that can make spaces more convenient, secure, and responsive to everyday needs.
