Even as I wage the lengthy battle to uncover the mystery behind the questionable results of the elections, I have slipped into the farmer’s boots once again to boost the production of Manok Pinoy, the free-range chicken breed which I raise in the farm.
I will start the commercial production of breeders and cockerels for Lechon Manok.
I have not made rounds of the farm for quite sometime now because of the campaign but this time I will be able to personally supervise the breeding program.
There are about 2,000 cockerels and pullets in the free range and about 3,000 in the brooders ready to be moved to the ranging area once the vaccination program is completed.
Before the end of this year, I will have enough breeders to share with other farmers.
