Davao City Water District renews affordable PhP500 installment offer to customers applying for new service connections (NSC) starting January 8, 2025 to December 31, 2025 through DCWD Board Resolution 25-004. This extension aims to provide an affordable and convenient option to make DCWD’s service more accessible to the public, expanding access to clean and affordable water to more Davaoeños.

With this renewal, qualified applicants will only have to pay the initial PhP500 down payment for the NSC fee instead of the full PhP6,000. The remaining balance of PhP5,500 will be paid in 11 monthly installments of PhP500 fixed amount to be added to the monthly water bill.

To avail of this offer, the customer’s service connection should have been classified as residential with ½” water meter size. In addition, the customer should have already signed the service connection contract within the promo’s validity period. Customers are advised that they may only proceed with the service connection contract signing once they have satisfied all documentary requirements and if their plumbing provision (abang) has been approved.
