In line with the temporary suspension of DCWD’s frontline services on October 10 and 13, 2025 following the series of earthquakes in the city, DCWD announces the new schedule of due dates for the following zones:
- 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝟭𝟰 & 𝟭𝟱 – 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱
- 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝟭𝟲 & 𝟭𝟳 – 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱
- 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟴 – 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱
Customers may refer to the first two digits of their account number to determine their zones. Their account number is reflected at the upper right portion of their water bill.
Online water bill payment channels remain available via Landbank iAccess, Link.Biz Portal, and GCash.
