Davao City Water District updates office schedules in light of Memorandum Circular No. 111 issued by the Office of the President, suspending work in all government offices on December 29, 2025 and January 2, 2026 to provide government employees the full opportunity to celebrate New Year’s Day activities and to allow them to travel to and from different regions in the country.
As such, DCWD offices in Matina, Bajada, and Toril will be closed on December 24 to 25, 2025 and December 29, 2025 to January 2, 2026. Regular operations will resume on the working days directly following these said holidays, specifically, on December 26, 2025 and January 5, 2026, respectively.
Due dates of water bill payments in Zones 3, 4, and 5 and in Zones 6, 7, and 8 are moved to January 5 and 6, 2026, respectively.
DCWD’s operations team and 24/7 call center will ensure continuous water service and offsite customer support. Online water bill payment channels are also available via Landbank iAccess, Link.Biz Portal, and GCash. If paying online, make sure to pay at least three working days before your due date to avoid any inconveniences.
