Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go has pulled ahead once again in the latest Pulse Asia survey, widening the gap and solidifying his standing as the frontrunner in the 2025 senatorial race. With 61.9% voter preference, his numbers continue to climb, reflecting growing public confidence in his pro-poor platform and grassroots approach to service.
In a statement following the release of the March 23–29 survey results, Go thanked Filipinos for their continued trust and reaffirmed his focus on serving the poor and vulnerable, a recurring theme throughout his public service.
Kuya Bong Go saan mang parte ng bansa — Luzon, Visayas, at Mindanao,” said Go.
Reiterating his core advocacies, Go emphasized the urgency of bringing government services closer to impoverished communities and ensuring that health assistance reaches those in need.
Go also expressed gratitude not only for the public’s support toward his candidacy but also for their backing of fellow Duterte-aligned senatoriables.
Reflecting on recent political events, Go acknowledged the enduring public sentiment over the controversial transfer of former President Rodrigo Duterte to The Hague. He emphasized that it is the Filipino people who must ultimately judge Duterte’s legacy.
The Pulse Asia survey confirms a continued upward trajectory in Go’s public support. In February 2025, he also topped Pulse Asia’s list with 58.1%, marking a significant increase from his second-to-third place ranking in January at 50.4%.
Other independent surveys echo this rise. In the Pahayag 2025 First Quarter national survey by Publicus Asia Inc., conducted March 15–20, Go ranked first in both aided (45%) and unaided (17%) categories, showing strong voter recall and organic support.
The March 2025 Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey commissioned by Stratbase also placed him at the top with 42%, climbing steadily from 38% in February, 37% in January, and 32% in December 2024.
Likewise, OCTA Research’s Tugon ng Masa survey conducted from March 18 to 24 had Go leading with 64%, consistent with his 62% in February and 58% in January.
As the May 2025 elections approach, Senator Go’s consistent lead across multiple independent polls underscores his growing appeal nationwide and the sustained resonance of his pro-poor platform among the electorate.
