The desludging schedule of Sanitation Service varies depending on your barangay.

DCWD will inform the customer at least one month before their desludging schedule.

Be ready! Make sure that you have:
- A standard sanitary tank
- Accessible cover and exact location of sanitary tank
- Regular desludging (once every five years, when the septage volume is already half, or if the sanitary tank becomes inefficient, whichever comes first)
- Plumber or authorized representative to open the access cover
- Updated contact information in DCWDโs customer database
