VP Sara tops Presidential survey, Sen. Bong Go frontrunner as VP
* None of Marcos allies in top list
* Speaker Romualdez in the tailend
Vice President Sara Duterte is way ahead in the latest Presidential survey conducted by WR Numero Research.
VP Sara overshadowed 13 other presidential contenders with 31.4% of respondents in favor of her becoming the next President of the Philippines.
Former Vice President and now incumbent Mayor of Naga City, Leni Robredo, is next but could only muster 13.3% , then Sen. Raffy Tulfo with 10.3% and Sen. Bong Go with 6.5%. The survey matrix of WR Numero Research follows:

The survey results placed early perceived presidential candidates Risa Hontiveros of the Makabayan group and Administration bet Martin Romualdez of Lakas-CMD in the tail-ender with 1.4% and 0.7% respectively.
Vice President Duterte garnered the biggest percentage of votes in all regions that include Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
For the Vice Presidential preferences, Davao Senator Christopher “Bong” Go emerged to be the best choice with a score of 16.2%. Fellow Senator Raffy Tulfo is next with 14.9%. Bam Aquino- 8.4%, Robin Padilla, 7.3%; Grace Poe, 6.8%; Chiz Escudero. 5.9%; Imee Marcos, 4.5%; Risa Hontiveros, 4.3%; Manny Paquiao, 1.8%; Martin Romualdez, 1.r% and Win Gatchalian, 0.4%.
The WRN survey results indicated that nobody from among the closest allies of Pres. Ferdinand Marcos made it on the front runners.

His cousin, Speaker Martin Romualdez is consistently in the tail-end of the Presidential and Vice Presidential preferences. Palace Press Officer Atty. Claire Castro however was quick to reason out that “the absence of the President’s allies from the list was because they were focused on their duties, especially Mr. Marcos, who was intent on delivering basic services to the people”.
Meanwhile in Davao City the cadence of the drum-beatings leading to the climax of the celebration of Kadayawan 2025 Festivals have become louder following the overwhelming success of the event and the many meaningful developments that had recently happened. The impeachment case against Vice President Sara Duterte was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. And now the breaking news – WRN survey had her and “Mr. Malasakit Center”, Sen. Bong Go, as the top choices to lead the country comes 2028 regular elections.
