𝑳𝒊𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒖𝒃𝒊𝒈 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐂𝐖𝐃 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐰

Davao City Water District announces its 𝐿𝑖𝑏𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑔 𝑇𝑢𝑏𝑖𝑔 Promo for residential customers in time for the 𝐾𝑎𝑑𝑎𝑦𝑎𝑤𝑎𝑛 celebration.

Eligible DCWD customers will enjoy one day of 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 water during the promo period and the discount will be reflected in the August 2025 billing. As the promo period will depend per zone, customers are advised to check their respective schedules (bit.ly/LibrengTubig2025):

Zone 1: July 1 – August 1
Zone 2: July 2 – August 2
Zone 3: July 3 – August 4
Zone 4: July 4 – August 6
Zone 5: July 7 – August 6
Zone 6: July 8 – August 7
Zone 7: July 9 – August 8
Zone 8: July 10- August 11
Zone 9: July 11- August 12
Zone 10: July 14 – August 13
Zone 11: July 15 – August 14
Zone 12: July 16 – August 15
Zone 13: July 17 – August 16
Zone 14: July 18 – August 18
Zone 15: July 19 -August 19

Customer may refer to the first two digits of their account number to determine their zones. Their account number is reflected at the upper right corner of their water bill.

To be eligible, the water service connection must satisfy the following:

classified as residential (including those enjoying the Senior Citizen Discount privilege);
with a ½-inch water meter;
have at least a one cubic meter increase in the water consumption from the July 2025 billing;
a regular (blue) bill in the August 2025 billing; and
completed at least one full regular billing cycle prior to the promo period.

DCWD’s Board of Directors and management explained that the 𝐿𝑖𝑏𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑔 𝑇𝑢𝑏𝑖𝑔 promo is the water utility’s way of thanking its customers for their support to DCWD’s water service and to take part in the city’s 𝐾𝑎𝑑𝑎𝑦𝑎𝑤𝑎𝑛 Festival celebration.

This marks the second time the water utility has offered the Libreng Tubig Promo. The first was in November 9, 2024 as part of its 51st anniversary celebration.

The promo is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promos/discounts like the Lifeline Water Rate.
