Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (Davao Light) will conduct an eight-hour power interruption from 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2026, in the northern part of Davao City. This is necessary to facilitate vegetation clearing in Malagamot, Panacan.
Specifically affected are customers from Malagamot areas from IPI going to Cambridge Subdivision, including the DCWD Panacan Water System, and nearby areas.
Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience caused by this scheduled power interruption. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
