Davao City Water District Management and the Nagkahiusang Mamumu-o sa Davao City Water District (NAMADACWAD) signed the Resolution on Cost-Reduction Programs for 2025–2029, adopted through Board Resolution No. 25-277 dated September 3, 2025, as a supplement to the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA).
The resolution affirms the shared commitment of DCWD and NAMADACWAD to efficient and responsible resource management in support of the water utility’s continuing efforts to sustain quality water service delivery.
Through the cost-reduction programs, both parties aim to generate savings by minimizing costs in key operational areas by initiating efficient practices to create meaningful impact on overall operations.
The Resolution on Cost-Reduction Programs reflects the continuing partnership between management and employees in advancing operational efficiency and accountability.
