KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato — August 20, 2026— Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) marked another milestone at Futura Homes Koronadal with the opening and blessing of its new clubhouse, providing residents with a dedicated space for recreation, gatherings, celebrations, and community activities.
The new facility reflects FLI’s commitment to creating residential communities where families can enjoy not only quality homes but also spaces that encourage interaction and a stronger sense of belonging.
The blessing was officiated by Fr. Charniell Laparan and attended by Filinvest Land representatives, brokers, sellers, joint venture partners, homeowners, and local stakeholders.
