𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟮 Select Water Bill as transaction type.

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟯 Select the preferred Payment Gateway Option and fill-out the other payment details:

✅ Account holder’s name
✅ 9-digit DCWD account number
✅ Payment amount
✅ Working contact number
✅ Working email address

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟰 Review all the information provided and fill out the captcha box.

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟱 Follow the payment steps of your selected Payment Gateway Option.

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟲 Keep a copy of your Payment Confirmation.

𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟳 Receive the electronic Official Receipt (eOR) in the registered email address within 3 working days after the payment was made.

Pay your water bill at least 3 working days before the due date. This is to give time for the posting and updating of payment in DCWD’s system.
