Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go continues to widen his lead in the 2025 senatorial race, topping multiple nationwide surveys conducted by independent polling firms. With consistently high ratings and rising public preference across regions and demographics, Go’s momentum shows no signs of slowing down as he continues to campaign not only for himself but also for his fellow Duterte-allied senatorial candidates, namely:
- Jimmy Bondoc (#10)
- Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa (#22)
- Bong Go (#28)
- Atty. Jayvee Hinlo (#30)
- Atty. Raul Lambino (#34)
- Congressman Atty. Rodante Marcoleta (#38)
- Doc Marites Mata (#42)
- Pastor Apollo Quiboloy (#53)
- Atty. Victor Rodriguez (#56)
- Phillip “Ipe” Salvador (#58)
Go and his fellow candidates reaffirmed their commitment to continue the legacy of former President Rodrigo Duterte. Among their priorities are improving healthcare, providing more jobs, boosting livelihood opportunities, building infrastructure, and implementing key development programs in Mindanao.
According to Pulse Asia’s latest nationwide survey conducted from April 20 to 24, Go garnered a commanding 62.2% voter preference. This follows his March 23 to 29 rating of 61.9%, which was already an increase from his February 2025 score of 58.1%.
Supporting these findings, Social Weather Stations (SWS), in a survey commissioned by Stratbase and conducted from April 11 to 15, placed Go at the top with 45%. His rise has been consistent over the past months—jumping from 32% in December 2024, to 37% in January, 38% in February, and 42% in March.
Publicus Asia Inc. also confirmed Go’s lead in its May 2025 Pahayag Senatus 2 survey, where he secured the solo top spot with 42%. He had previously led the Pahayag 2025 First Quarter national survey from March 15 to 20, topping both the aided awareness category at 45% and unaided awareness at 17%, reflecting strong name recall and genuine grassroots support.
OCTA Research’s April 20 to 24 Tugon ng Masa survey reaffirmed Senator Bong Go’s frontrunner status in the 2025 senatorial race, with a solid 56.8% voter preference. This followed a series of strong performances in previous OCTA surveys—64.2% from April 10 to 16, 64% in March, 62% in February, and 58% in January.
In the latest Pulso ng Pilipino nationwide poll conducted from April 28 to May 3, Go received 59%, up two points from his earlier 57% recorded from April 11 to 15. He also maintained a 100% awareness rating, underscoring his visibility and resonance with the electorate.
He also ranked first in Arkipelago Analytics’ April 26 to May 1 survey, earning the trust of 63% of likely voters. Tangere’s April 29 to May 3 survey showed similar results, placing Go at 62.8%.
Go who is known as Mr. Malasakit for his compassionate service to Filipinos in need.
