- Also holds the highest trust rating among all the top gov’t officials

DAVAO CITY – Vice President Sara Duterte remains the leading choice for president in the 2028 elections, based on the latest Pulse Asia Ulat ng Bayan survey conducted from June 28 to July 3, 2026.
The survey showed Duterte with 49 percent voter support when respondents were asked whom they would vote for in the May 2028 presidential election.
Former vice president and now Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo ranked second with 26 percent, followed by Senator Raffy Tulfo with 14 percent.
Duterte recorded her highest support in Mindanao at 87 percent, followed by the Visayas at 53 percent. She also led in the National Capital Region with 39 percent and in Balance Luzon with 31 percent.
Across socioeconomic groups, she received 46 percent support from Class ABC respondents, 48 percent from Class D, and 59 percent from Class E.
Robredo’s strongest showing came from the NCR, where she received 38 percent support. Balance Luzon followed her with 31 percent, the Visayas with 27 percent, and Mindanao with 8 percent.
Tulfo posted his highest rating in Balance Luzon at 20 percent, followed by NCR at 16 percent, Visayas at 10 percent, and Mindanao at 2 percent.
Other personalities included in the survey received limited support.
Public Works and Highways Secretary Vince Dizon and Baguio City Mayor Benjie Magalong each received one percent, while Metropolitan Manila Development Authority General Manager Nicolas Torre III registered 0.1 percent.
Meanwhile, 10 percent of respondents said they were undecided, would not vote for any of the listed names, or declined to answer.
Pulse Asia surveyed through face-to-face interviews with 2,400 Filipino adults nationwide. The poll has a ±2 percentage point margin of error at the 95 percent confidence level.
Vice President Sara Duterte also holds the highet trust rating of 57% and a net trust rating of +30 according to the June 2026 Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey.
